A subscription is a flexible vehicle-use agreement that lets you get a car without buying or leasing it. Our program partner, Autonomy, owns the car. You pay monthly and drive it for as long as you like, then give it back when you’re done.
This is a radically new way to get in your next vehicle.

You’re NOT buying a car, which makes everything simpler. Pricing is straightforward, with no need to deal with title or registration, or routine maintenance.

We are NOT lending you money, which makes the contract simple and fully digital. It’s easy — you pay for your subscription entirely with your credit card. pay for your subscription entirely with your credit card.

Subscribe in three easy steps:

  1. Download the Galpin Motors app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to make your reservation.
  2. Set up your account with a valid driver’s license and a digital form of payment to determine eligibility.
  3. Schedule pick-up at a Galpin dealership or have it delivered.
We currently get customers into vehicles as early as THE NEXT DAY after they qualify.
Yes. Your entire security deposit is completely refundable if you change your mind before activation, or at the end of your subscription if no other amounts are due.
A mobility subscription offers you the freedom to choose what’s best for you. If you decide you no longer want your vehicle before you pick it up, we’ll refund your entire payment, no questions asked. If you’ve arranged for delivery, we’ll issue a refund for everything but the delivery fee. If you’d like to remain in line for a different vehicle, we can keep your reservation deposit, and you will be contacted when a vehicle matching your request becomes available. Simply call our Program Partners, Autonomy, at 1-800-AUTONOMY (800-288-6666) to cancel. Once issued, the refund will typically take five to seven business days to process. Please see Section 9 (ā€œCancellationā€) of the Subscription Terms of Service for more information on how to cancel your subscription after activation.

If you experience any issues with your vehicle or need maintenance, please contact Autonomy Customer Support, our Program Partner who manages all vehicle operations and service coordination on Galpin’s behalf. Their team will guide you through next steps to get your vehicle back on the road quickly.

Autonomy also proactively monitors and manages the fleet and will reach out to customers when routine maintenance or vehicle service is needed.

Galpin and Autonomy work together to ensure your vehicle stays in top condition throughout your subscription.

Yes. All customers must provide proof of their own auto insurance before activating their subscription. Autonomy does not currently offer insurance as part of the subscription program. Required coverages and suggestions are Listed below: Minimum Liability Coverage Requirements: Higher coverage limits are recommended.
  • Bodily injury $50,000 per person
  • Bodily injury $100,000 per accident
  • Property damage $50,000 per accident
  • Comprehensive $2500 maximum deductible
  • Collision $2500 maximum deductible
  • Uninsured/underinsured Motorist: Minimum coverage Equal to the Bodily Injury limits $50,000/$100,000
  • Medical Payments $5000 Recommended
  • Autonomy recommends adding Rental Reimbursement endorsement to your auto policy.
*Required: Customer must list us on their policy as Lienholder OR Loss Payee OR Additional insured. Whichever your insurance company is most comfortable with. Must be listed as one of those three options as: NXCR Asset Holdings LLC.
