Ford Explorer wins 2011 North American Truck of the Year

The awards are designed to recognize the most outstanding new vehicles of the year. These vehicles are benchmarks in their segments based on factors including innovation, design, safety, handling, driver satisfaction and value for the dollar. It is the third year in a row that a Ford was named the North American Truck of the Year. It is also the seventh time a Ford has been the “North American Truck of the Year,” a category it has dominated.
