We are currently looking for:
Commercial Accounts Director
As Commercial Accounts Director at Galpin Ford, your primary job description is to grow and lead a commercial sales department to becoming a leader in Commercial accounts.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Develop and oversee the day to day operations of the Commercial Accounts Department.
- Primary focus on sales and growing the Department.
- Establish and meet monthly forecasts and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
- Ensure the commercial sales people continue to grow their book of business
- Manage Inventory levels, dealer trades and tracking what sells.
- Ordering and understanding specialized inventory as needed (i.e.: bed liners, toolbox, shelving, service bodies, dump bodies, etc.)
- Recruit Salespeople / train and develop
- Actively seek out new customer opportunities using outside sales personnel
- Interact with customers
- Team up with Local Vendors to facilitate Vehicle Sales
- Constantly maintain competitive pricing.
- Ensure our time lines (completion of vehicles) are faster than our competitors
- Ensure Galpin becomes #1 in commercial sales.

Mechanic
Galpin Auto Sports is looking for an experienced mechanic to join our team. We need an individual who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an independent mechanic shop.
Responsibilities:
Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, differentials, etc
Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correctly.
Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Communicate directly with service advisers and foreman regarding the status of the service work
Open to learning new technical information and techniques
Qualifications:
5+ years mechanic experience
Electrical and wiring experience
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as; specialty tools, lathe, metal brake, welder, water jet, wheel and tire equipment, diagnostic equipment, , etc.)
Maintains personally-owned tools in good working order
Great Attitude
Valid Driver’s License
Window Tint Installer

Service Advisor
Galpin Auto Sports is looking to hire a Service Advisor who has a strong sales background and expertise.
Adviser greets and consults customers on performance upgrades and modifications, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, and field service calls.
Job Description:
• Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicle and appropriately fill out write up sheet.
• Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the upgrades and modifications recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers.
• Check on progress of upgrades to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
• Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure upgrades and/or modifications are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer.
